Yes, you can flexibly combine seven packs of different sizes of diapers and pants within one subscription. This means you can easily try out a new size or our pants for active explorers. 

You don’t need to create two subscriptions, as you can simply mix and match the products to suit both your children’s needs. In that case, we recommend choosing a 3-week delivery interval to ensure you have enough products for both. If you prefer to keep the products separate, you can also create two separate subscriptions. 

Please note that when ordering two subscriptions, they cannot be in the shopping basket at the same time, as this will cause an error message. However, you can simply complete the orders one after the other.

From wipes to change mats to skincare: You can add exactly what you need to your box, either one-time or a regular extra. You decide.

You can fully customize your delivery schedule to fit your needs. If you have planned a holiday with your family, you are unable to receive the upcoming delivery or you simply still have enough diapers at home, you can easily adjust your LILLYDOO delivery date and interval online!

To do this, log in to your user account. Under ‘Subscription & Orders’ you will see the next delivery dates and your preferred delivery interval.

Please scroll to the end of the page to find the “Change Delivery Date” section. There, you will be redirected to the calendar in your diaper subscription configurator, where you can select a new delivery date and, if necessary, a new delivery interval. Then click “Apply changes” to save your settings.

If you are unable to click on the ‘Edit’ field under your next delivery date, your next delivery is probably already being processed and can no longer be edited.
