Why is the rewards program changing?

We want to make your loyalty experience simpler, clearer, and more rewarding – by linking it directly to something you already love: your LILLYDOO boxes. Instead of collecting and tracking points, you’ll now move forward box by box, with every delivery bringing you closer to a reward.

What will happen to my current points?

You can redeem them in the current rewards shop until March 24, 2026. After that, any remaining points will be automatically and fairly converted into progress in the new program: 250 points = 1 box.

Why 250 points = 1 box?

In the current program, you earn 5 points for every euro you spend. With an average order of around €50, you collect about 250 points per delivery – which now simply equals 1 box. Easy, fair, and transparent.

Can I still use my points before the switch?

Yes, and now’s the perfect time! Everything in the current rewards shop will be 25% off until we switch to our new program. So if you’ve been saving up for something special, this is your moment.

Do I need to sign up for the new program?

No, as long as you stay a LILLYDOO+ member with an active subscription, you're in. Every delivery automatically brings you closer to the next reward. There’s no extra sign-up, no extra costs, no action needed.

Will this change apply in my country too?

Yes! The new program will roll out across all LILLYDOO markets at the same time with same conversions.
