The shared ingredient: Lactoferrin
Lactoferrin is a naturally occurring protein that can bind and release iron. It is found in milk, and in especially high amounts in breast milk. That's why we chose it as the common thread in both products: it connects our origins in baby care with the needs of parents. Our lactoferrin is derived from cow's milk and is structurally almost identical to the lactoferrin in breast milk. Lactose is removed during purification, so the finished product is lactose-free and also suitable for people with lactose intolerance.

What does Iron Complex contain?
Iron (as iron bisglycinate), vitamin C and iron-saturated lactoferrin (100 mg per daily dose). Vitamin C is included because it increases iron absorption.

How do I take Iron Complex?
One capsule daily with 150 ml of water. One pouch contains 30 capsules and lasts about one month.
Is Iron Complex lactose-free and vegan?
Iron Complex is lactose-free and also suitable for people with lactose intolerance, as the lactose is removed during purification. The capsule shell is vegetarian, but since the lactoferrin is derived from cow's milk, the product is not vegan.
