After the Christmas holidays and saying goodbye to 2022, we prepare to return to routine—to the days of “here and there,” work, and, of course, back to school.
After so many days of reunions, family moments, and slow living, January can feel a bit challenging for both parents and little adventurers. That’s why, in this new episode with our brand ambassador, “Back to School after Christmas,” we talk about the most positive part of returning to routine—yes, there is a positive side ;)—to make it easier to manage.
“Routine is very good for children, and not because we like to impose rules on parents, but because they feel more secure and know what comes next… Let’s say it’s advisable, but in the end, with summer vacations and Christmas, it’s impossible to maintain that routine with those stricter schedules,” comments presenter Isabel Jiménez, who also shares some tips to make the return to routine easier. For example, respecting children’s sleep windows and gradually returning to their usual sleep schedule.

Back to school is usually accompanied by a few tears—whether from parents, children, or both. In Isabel’s family, it’s her little ones who find it a bit more difficult. But as our brand ambassador says, “it’s very good for socializing. In my case, it’s a plus: they come home happy, they have a great time. You can see they learn many things by being with other children. Honestly, it’s very positive.”
We hope it feels that way for you too and that you enjoy this third episode. See you next time!
