LILLYDOO+ is our all-in-one care program designed to support families in their everyday life. As a member, you receive regular LILLYDOO boxes with skin-loving essentials like diapers, pants and the add-ons you choose, along with exclusive benefits and rewards.

When you reach a milestone, we’ll send you a little reminder by email to let you know that a reward is waiting for you. You can then decide whether you’d like to add the gift to your next LILLYDOO box or skip it. Simply activate the reward, and we’ll include it in your next delivery.

The milestone journey is part of our rewards program, which is one of the benefits of LILLYDOO+. With every delivered LILLYDOO box, you move one step closer to a new milestone and unlock special rewards and surprises along the way.

No. LILLYDOO+ doesn’t cost anything extra. You simply pay for your regular LILLYDOO boxes, the milestone rewards are included as part of your membership.

Your reward will remain visible in your customer portal until the next reward becomes available or until you claim or reject it. Once a new reward is ready, the previous one will expire. No worries, we’ll notify you by email as soon as a new reward is ready for you to claim or skip.

You can decide for each reward whether you’d like to claim it or skip it. However, it’s not possible to exchange a reward for a different one.
