The playground, consisting of climbing and scaling equipment, swings, and other facilities, provides an ideal environment for your little one to burn off energy while having fun. They can push their limits and learn to face challenges. Falling is part of the game, just like the feeling of achievement. Even though, as a parent, you are constantly asking your child to be careful, it is essential to let them explore and try things on their own. It is through practice that your little adventurer will develop new skills in dexterity and balance. Of course, you should always keep an eye on them and offer your help if needed. ;)
Sliding down a slide, riding a bike, or using a scooter are also fun ways to strengthen muscles and promote spatial awareness, balance, and coordination.

2. Baby gym
The baby gym or children's gymnastics is an activity of motor and sensory awakening, perfect for little ones, as it can be practiced from twelve months of age up to five to six years old. Several fun activities are offered to develop motor skills : climbing, balancing, jumping, rolling, hanging, or even throwing.
You can also practice this activity at home, for example during the rainy days . All you need to do is create a suitable environment: on a large soft surface, such as a mattress or a pile of cushions, your little one can run and jump freely and safely. Depending on your little athlete's age, you can suggest small activities or create a suitable motor skills course . For example, let them touch their toes while standing, encourage them to hop like a frog, do jumping jacks, jump over a cushion, then crawl under a bench, etc. To work on balance in a fun way, the airplane position is ideal. To do this, lie on your back, place your child's hips on your outstretched legs, and hold their shoulders with your hands. 5. Ball games
Ball games are a classic among children, who have a lot of fun throwing or chasing a ball. For the younger ones, you can roll a ball towards your little one while sitting face to face. For older children, the game evolves; you can practice throwing and catching a small, soft ball. This mainly helps to develop fine motor skills as well as hand-eye coordination and reaction time. Since ball games require a lot of attention, especially in younger children, the exercise should not last more than ten to fifteen minutes.
